Who I Am

I used to run on deadlines & adrenaline. Now I help others live & work in a way that doesn’t drain them.

To me, resilience isn’t about bouncing back — it’s about staying close to yourself when things speed up. Recognising what’s worth your energy, what’s not & learning to let it go.

I don’t promise quick fixes. But I offer guidance through gentle experiments that bring you back to steadiness — again & again.

I offer companionship, structure & practices shaped by my own experience of finding steadier ways to live & work.

We begin with a 30-minute conversation — a space to see where you are & what you need.

Then you can choose a single session or a 5-session arc designed as a more complete journey.
