I used to run on deadlines & adrenaline. Now I help others live & work in a way that doesn’t drain them.
To me, resilience isn’t about bouncing back — it’s about staying close to yourself when things speed up.

Who is it for?
For people & teams feeling scattered, overstretched, or quietly close to burnout — yet still wanting to care, create & show up well.
How big are the groups?
Workshops usually fit 8–25 participants. Larger group sessions are possible on request.
Online or in person?
Individual sessions take place online. Group work is held in person — primarily in Germany, Spain, or other EU locations by arrangement.
What language do we speak?
Sessions can be in English or Denglish.
What’s included?
Each format includes facilitation, participant materials (digital workbook or templates) & a short reflection follow-up. Longer programs may include an optional creative project.
How is the pricing set?
University formats follow guest lecturer rates. Company workshops use a per-day or package fee. Community projects adjust to scope & funding. Individual session pricing is discussed during the free 30-minute orientation call.
